Favorite Hotel: Is always the last one I went to. I think if you are able to, cut yourself off from the rest of the world and really enjoy the moment. When you do that…complete bliss.
What destination is on your bucket list? A trip across Rajasthan with Banyan Tours which I am doing next Spring, skiing in Japan, and the Belmond Venice Orient Express.

SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT &
DIRECTOR OF GIVINGFavorite Hotel: Favorite hotel is a TOUGH question. So many great family memories were made at Adare Manor in Ireland. Another favorite that was unexpected is Casa St. Augustin in Cartagena.
What destination is on your bucket list?: Seeing the northern lights is high on my bucket list along with New Zealand.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: My glimpse pouches made in India. I use one for passports, one for money/coins, and one for jewelry. My glimpse blanket that was handwoven by in women's group in Togo, West Africa where I lived as a Peace Corps Volunteer, always makes it in my carryon as its great for planes, a sarong on the beach, or a cover when it's chilly at night. My glimpse pouch made in Guatemala goes with me everywhere! The plastic lining makes it great for makeup and toiletries. -

Favorite Hotel: One of my absolute favorite hotels is Mezzatorre on the quaint island of Ischia. It is truly a hidden gem! From the service, the setting and the thermal spas, there is no other place I have been that compares.
What destination is on your bucket list? While there are many places I on my bucket list, a African safari is at the top! Its a once in a lifetime experience where you get to remove yourself and see all the beauty of nature. I really also want to see elephants in the wild!
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: I am an infamous over packer, there is no corner left in my suitcase unused. However, there are a few items that I never leave home without. First is my camera, I love capturing moments of my travels. I love putting photos into books when I return where I can treasure the memories! A portable charger is my random tech gadget that is always in my carry-on. And my cashmere wrap. I love how versatile it is, from an extra layer, a blanket for a chilly plane, or a scarf! The options are endless! -

Favorite Hotel: Last summer we drove to Colorado and along the way, spent a night at Los Poblanos in Albequerque. The lavender fields were beautiful, the rooms perfection. And they have a fabulous restaurant, Campo. Maybe I was just thankful to finally be out of the car with two young bickering children, but I remember feeling so happy, sitting with a cocktail by the pool. They even have peacocks wandering around! And bikes. That stay was magical and I dream about it often.
What destination is on your bucket list? I recently heard Charlotte Moss speak at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts and she shared beautiful garden photos from her travels while mentioning how fabulous the The Newt in Somerset is. I've decided I'm entering my gardening era! I want to stay at the Newt and visit Sissinghurst with my dad, who has a green thumb and always planned the most thoughtful and educational trips for my sister and me as kids.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: My Smythson Soho Agenda, which is lightweight and small enough to take everywhere and keeps me organized. I use the pages in the back of the agenda to take travel notes and write lists. Saint Jane Sunscreen, which feels so good on my skin that I actually enjoy applying sunscreen now. And Touchland Hand Sanitizer, because I'm a germaphobe and it's as "luxurious" as sanitizer can be. -

MINI GUIDE EDITOR
Favorite Hotel: In London, there’s nowhere quite like Claridge’s. Glamorous and timeless, this Art Deco gem is also a real innovator. Recent additions include the subterranean Claridge’s Spa, Claridge’s ArtSpace, The Painter’s Room (a whimsical, pink-hued cocktail bar), and the return of Claridge's Restaurant designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio. Whether visiting for a quick tipple or checking in for a long weekend, spending time at Claridge’s always leaves you buoyed.
What destination is on your bucket list? Sri Lanka. A teardrop-shaped island in the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka is somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for a long time. With its beautiful beaches and UNESCO-listed fortifications, exploring Galle is top of my list.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: AirPods, a silk eye mask, and sunscreen (La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense UV Rich Cream SPF 20!) -

Favorite hotel: With so many incredible options, it is hard to select a single property as my favorite! For a beach trip, I adore the charming luxury and pristine pink sand beach of The Dunmore on Harbour Island. When it comes to a city adventure, the legendary Ritz Paris captures the elegance and opulence that the City of Light is known for. And finally, to become fully immersed in a culture, The Royal Monsour in Marrakech provides stimulation for all of your senses. From the design of the property, culinary offerings, and exclusive excursions, it was an unforgettable stay.
What destination is on your bucket list? As an avid reader and beach lover, I put Greece at the top of a hefty travel wish list longer ago than I can remember. I sincerely can’t believe I haven’t made it there yet! I am eager to explore the history on display and to dip my toes in the Aegean, Ionian, and Mediterranean Seas while island hopping. It also helps that the food served perfectly matches my pallet. I will unabashedly devour a plate of seafood, olives, and feta when given the opportunity.
Three items you can't leave home without: Is leaving your home without your cellphone even an option? It provides my itinerary at my fingertips, access to the internet, a map, and the time, and serves as a camera when I don’t feel like carrying around my Canon. I would literally be lost without it. The 111SKIN Cryo Revitalizing Moisturizer is a newer find that I only use while traveling. This product really reduces puffiness, which I easily experience when indulging more on vacation, and is very cooling, which helps to wake me up even when I am experiencing jet lag. I also prioritize having my White + Warren cashmere wrap in true camel. Not only do I prefer it over the blankets provided on planes, but with a tendency to get chilly when in restaurants and museums, it is a very chic way to stay warm and I find this color to be so versatile. -

Favorite Hotel: Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was truly magical! It is a small resort on a private island with a wonderful spa. They have been closed for hurricane repairs for several years, but are reopening soon and we can't wait to go back!
What destination is on your bucket list? My bucket list is always a mile long, but currently at the top is an African safari. My children love animals, and I would love to give them the opportunity to experience them close up in their natural habitat. I haven't done much research yet, but Jordan recently stayed at Royal Malewane and it sounds lovely.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: Those who have traveled with me know that I don't exactly travel light, ha! But I absolutely cannot sleep without my sound machine. After having children I just can't sleep in silence. This one is great for travel because it is small and recharges easily with a USB cord. My cosmetic bag always has my favorite concealer because even with the best sleep, these under eye circles eyes never seem to go away. And I've recently started throwing a few electrolyte packets from LMNT in my purse because staying hydrated on travel days is a struggle and these taste great. -

Favorite Hotel: Woodstock Way Hotel. Have stayed here more than any other hotel. Dreamy, humble, artsy and walking distance to everything Woodstock has to offer including my favorite restaurant, Silvia. Each room has a curated selection of vinyls and a record player. Think Led Zeppelin, red wine and the smell of fire. Heaven.
What destination is on your bucket list? Blackberry Farm or Ritz, Paris.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: doTERRA Clary Calm essenial oil roller, I swear by this stuff. Travel can be chaotic and it has always put me at ease. Farmacy honey glow serium, gives my face a very visible pick me up after the dryness of travel. Over a decade ago I did a ton of research on where to get a great black leather jacket where the sticker shock wouldn't give me buyers remorse. This is her. I've never worn anything more. Gets better with age and travels beautifully. I wear it on the plane and then throughout my vacation either dressed up or down! -

Favorite Hotel: So far, Bhutan is undoubtedly one of the most special places I have ever visited. I stayed at a few properties, but my favourite was Gangtey Lodge in the valley. The place and the hotel are breathtaking. I also love Six Senses— their service makes you feel very special, and the food is absolutely delicious! Closer to home in England, I would say Soho Farmhouse. It’s very special and offers something different from the typical manor hotels. It’s where high luxury meets British farm life—truly unique!
What destination is on your bucket list? Antarctica expedition and Nepal.
Three items I can't leave home without when traveling: First, my little video recorder. I used to love disposable cameras, but having actual videos to look back on really makes you feel like you’ve captured a genuine, physical memory. It’s also nice to share these videos with loved ones, showing them the places you’ve been and encouraging them to visit too! Secondly, after traveling extensively in India, I’ve learned that it doesn’t hurt to have a few snacks on hand, especially when you’re at remote airports with limited food options. Lastly, my laptop, so I can work from anywhere in the world, no matter where I am!
